Cancellation Policy

At Thai Lanna, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, which is as follows:

  1. General Cancellations: For all cancellations, a fee of 5% of the total service cost will be charged. This is to cover the administrative costs associated with scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
     

  2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This is because the time slot was reserved specifically for you, and with such short notice, it is challenging for us to fill that slot with another client.
     

  3. Gift Certificates: Refunds will not be issued for appointments booked using gift certificates.

Please note that the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment at the time of booking.
