Our herbal compress uses a warm steamed herbal wrapped ball with a special blend of medicinal Thai herbs. The herbs are authentically prepared to ensure a deeply therapeutic and relaxing massage experience. This is especially good for blood circulation and relieving pain and stress. ​Cancellation Policy: General Cancellations: For all cancellations, a fee of 3% of the total service cost will be charged. This is to cover the administrative costs associated with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This is because the time slot was reserved specifically for you, and with such short notice, it is challenging for us to fill that slot with another client. Gift Certificates: Refunds will not be issued for appointments booked using gift certificates. Please note that the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the appointment at the time of booking.
